Successful Fitness Practices

Personal Training only or Group

Fitness Business Blueprint

Charity Training

Training that is for the less fortunate and needy.

Needy is defined as:

Obese with diabetes or any other health condition
Morbidly Obese
Child Obesity
Any truly life debilitating situation.  Like MS, severe arthritis, any chronic phsical pain.

Less Fortunate is defined as someone who just plain can't afford it!!

Client agree's to follow all workout and diet instructions or they don't get trained!!  If not headed in the general direction on a bi-weekly basis then they are warned, encouraged and re-equiped if need be to ensure movement forward.

If they don't move forward a second time then warned again.

Third time then we don't train them again.

And will be done by trainers who willfully choose to train them.  On their off hours.  And off peak hours of the gym.  Only get trained where the gym is not being used.
Are genuinely interested in the health of another.

Put all of them on Michele's "Committed" Program
Keep up on FB with "bi-weekly" report

Outside Club Marketing

Prize Insurance

Pay $700-900  for prize insurance.  They provide the game and you offer to give away 10k, car etc.

New Homeowner Discount

Arrange a deal with a real estate agent who has a house for sale in your market area. Offer to waive the initiation fee for the person who buys the house. You can even make the same deal with several agents. But make it more specific than just a blanket offer to anyone who buys a house. Control who gets it, so they feel like it's something special.

Free Use of Your Facility to Community Groups

Provide local groups free use of your facility during a time when you're normally closed. Guests should sign in when they arrive, and you can follow up with mailings. The groups must be responsible for their own activities, so there's little to no cost to you besides keeping the facility open.

 Educational Programs

Present educational programs and lectures to local civic groups. These groups are always hungry for luncheon speakers. Presentations should be low-key and noncommercial - not a sales pitch for the club, but a generic talk about fitness or some other mutual interest
